- Hiking socks
- Broken-in, comfortable boots
- Polypropylene shirt(s) (Layering=bueno.)
- Lightweight jacket (Waterproof=bueno.)
- Gloves
- Cell Phone (You’ll want to call Mom from the top. You get some great reception at 13,000 feet.)
- Warm, comfortable pants (Again, layering is a good idea. Its cold up there)
- *Tent
- *Sleeping Bag
- *Water purification system
