Chuck Sheya is currently a student of Utah State University's BFA program. He hopes to graduate spring of 2009 with an emphasis in photography. Chuck's photography work began in 1998 when he took classes in photography from Mrs. Marx and Mr. Curtis at Layton High School. He knew he was too lazy to do something that he didn't enjoy so he decided to stick with it.

Chuck's influences are many and range from his best friends father, Craig Dimond, to Alfred Stieglitz. He is under the impression that an artist cannot see a piece of art and not be influenced by it in one way or another. He has been wanting to break away from his 'straight photography' to further explore mixed media, but to repeat, he is lazy. Chuck has recently discovered the most amazing stuff in the world, Play Foam.
