Artist Biography

The story of the Dancing Crane was inspired one evening when I was thinking of a fun project to do for a class. I have always enjoyed reading children stories, and coming up with stories of my own. Many are skipping around in my brain and this one skipped out and was illustrated in a unique style. The focus on the drawings was to create flat shapes in black and white. Latter the drawings were colored in with the help of the computer. Though, I do prefer traditional media. Its nice to use the computer as a tool to help change drawings and try different color options.
