This trail starts uphill and continues uphill until you reach the lookout. The scenery is amazing, the higher you climb the more you can see. The trail runs along Exit Glacier for the majority of the trail, you can also see the beautiful valley behind you and have opportunities to see wildlife on the surrounding mountain sides.
Look for Mountain sheep, black bears, marmots and other mountain wildlife. The lookout point is well worth the uphill climb where you can see ice for miles with the surrounding mountain jagged peaks pointing out of the massive amount of ice.
